The Journey - Through years of travel, I’ve been consistently struck by the work ethic of people across cultures and circumstances. Everywhere I’ve gone, I’ve seen individuals willing to work hard, contribute, and build—but too often without access to real opportunity.
That gap is what stayed with me. People don’t lack effort; they lack a chance.
After exploring other fundamental commodities—energy, food, and water—I came to a different conclusion: in an AI- and digitally driven world, the most scarce and valuable commodity is human perspective. Authentic opinion, lived experience, and judgment are what technology alone cannot replace.
That insight led to the creation of SFON.
SFON was founded by Cory Tholl, whose curiosity around AI is matched by a frustration with how digital marketing has become disconnected from real human insight. After spending years traveling around the world, Cory was inspired by the work ethic, perspective, and potential of everyday people.
That experience motivated him to build SFON—a platform that reconnects technology with authentic human feedback, creating meaningful opportunities for people willing to show up, contribute, and be heard.
