SFON provides a creative intelligence platform that allows: Clients to submit creative briefs, campaign goals, and target audience details. Producers (participants) to provide human feedback on creative content. AI systems to analyze feedback, refine creative assets, and deliver optimized results. SFON combines human insight and AI precision to improve marketing content before deployment.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SFON’s services.By using our platform, you represent that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
When creating an account, you agree to: Provide accurate, current, and complete information. Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Accept responsibility for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Clients are responsible for ensuring: The creative materials submitted comply with applicable laws and intellectual property rights. Their use of the SFON platform does not infringe on third-party rights or involve unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading content.
Producers agree to: Provide honest and thoughtful feedback on creative materials. Not share, reproduce, or distribute any content seen during the feedback process. Comply with SFON’s guidelines and confidentiality requirements.
We collect limited personal information to: Match producers to appropriate campaigns. Provide insights to clients based on aggregated, anonymized data. Improve the performance of our AI systems. We do not sell personal information. For full details, see our [Privacy Policy].
All content and technology on SFONAI.com—including text, graphics, software, and logos—are the property of SFON or its licensors.Clients retain ownership of their creative submissions and final results. SFON retains rights to data insights and AI-generated results developed through the platform.
Clients: Fees for campaign testing and optimization will be disclosed before project initiation. Producers: Compensation for participation will be communicated via email or platform interface. SFON reserves the right to modify pricing or compensation structures with notice.
Users may not: Use SFON for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activities. Attempt to access systems or data without authorization. Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or offensive material.
SFON services are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We make no guarantees about accuracy, timeliness, or results from using our platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SFON is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from: Use or inability to use the platform. Loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
SFON may suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the system.
